Refund policy

At PERSONTAGE, every product is formulated and manufactured in small, controlled batches to ensure precision, hygiene, and quality. Because skincare is a personal-use category, we maintain strict return standards to protect product integrity and consumer safety.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, products once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. We do not accept returns for change of mind, skin purging or adjustment phases, personal preference regarding texture, fragrance, or feel, or incorrect self-selection of products.

We strongly recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If unsure, please contact us prior to ordering for guidance.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We use durable, high-grade packaging. However, if your product arrives with a leaking bottle, a damaged pump or cap, or a visible manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at persontage24@gmail.com.

Kindly include your order number, clear photos of the product and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue. If verified as a genuine transit or manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Sensitivity or Skin Reaction

Our formulas are developed within globally accepted safety guidelines and undergo stability and compatibility testing. However, individual skin responses may vary.

If you experience unexpected irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact us within 7 days of use. Please share the product name, routine followed, and clear images. In certain cases, we may offer formulation guidance or customization options based on individual needs. Refunds are not automatically issued for skin reactions unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

4. Customised Products

Products that are customised or adjusted for individual needs are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Refund Process (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved in rare and verified cases, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
