At PERSONTAGE®, every product is formulated and packed in small, controlled batches to maintain quality, stability, and hygiene. We do not operate as a mass-production facility, and this allows us to maintain formulation integrity.

Please review our shipping guidelines carefully.


1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically packed within 1 business day of confirmation.
• Dispatch usually occurs on the second business day.

In rare situations — such as high-volume periods or active small-batch production cycles — dispatch may require additional time. If there is any significant delay, customers will be informed via email or WhatsApp.

We do not rush production at the cost of quality.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


2. Payment Policy

PERSONTAGE® operates on a 100% prepaid model.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

This policy allows us to maintain operational efficiency and avoid unnecessary wastage or return cycles.


3. Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

• Maharashtra: Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

Remote or non-metro areas may require additional transit time.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are governed by the courier partner and are beyond our direct control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Any promotional free shipping thresholds (if offered) will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate shipping details
• Being available at the delivery address

Incorrect address details may result in delays or return shipments.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package appears delayed:

• Please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed.
• If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the matter.

In rare cases of confirmed loss in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion after courier investigation.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives:

• Visibly damaged
• Leaking
• With broken packaging

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of outer packaging
• Clear photos of product condition

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Claims raised beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


8. Order Modifications

Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected.

Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before placing the order.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a prepaid order is refused at delivery:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Re-shipping may incur additional charges


10. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.
For international requests, please contact us directly.
